Professional Experience

I have many years of experience and over 2,000 hours of clinical practice.

I have delivered numerous training events and workshops, for both large and small organisations. I have also provided counselling services for individuals and organisations’ staff, in addition to providing coaching, mentoring, and psychological debriefs.

I have worked in many fields: in various clinical settings within the NHS, and delivering services for local authorities, a multinational company, the public service sector, and a number of educational establishments.

Providing counselling for private individuals and staff within organisations, I have experience of helping with a wide range of client problems e.g. stress, anxiety, depression, relationship breakdown, bereavement, rape, work related stress & bullying, coping with change, eating and weight related issues.

Personal Qualities

With a good sense of humour, excellent communication skills, I am a people person with the ability to enthuse, encourage, motivate and nurture others. An extrovert by nature, my glass is always half full.

I adapt well to challenging and changing circumstances, work well on my own and as part of a team, with the ability to cope and handle adverse situations with empathy and understanding. I am hard working and loyal, form good working relationships easily, live an active healthy lifestyle, and believe in promoting good well being, and leading by example.
